Hace m\u00e1s de ocho a\u00f1os que Miguel y Lourdes<\/strong> decidieron apostar por el Prepirineo aragon\u00e9s<\/strong>. Dejaron Zaragoza y se instalaron en Luesia<\/strong><\/span>, donde emprendieron un negocio de restauraci\u00f3n en el que prima la calidad de la gastronom\u00eda y la atenci\u00f3n personalizada. Productos de Km. 0 y de Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen. Un placer para el paladar en el coraz\u00f3n de las Cinco Villas<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Restaurante Puy Mon\u00e9<\/strong> est\u00e1 en Luesia<\/strong>, en las Cinco Villas<\/strong>. Aqu\u00ed ofrecemos un servicio de restauraci\u00f3n con una cocina muy tradicional, con una elaboraci\u00f3n basada en productos de Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen y tambi\u00e9n Km 0. Es una apuesta clara y decidida por la calidad de los productos y tambi\u00e9n del servicio.<\/p>\n

Somos Miguel Cucal\u00f3n y Lourdes Benito<\/strong>. Hace ya tiempo que decidimos apostar por el turismo rural en esta zona del Prepirineo<\/strong> <\/span>aragon\u00e9s. Al principio, empezamos nosotros dos y en estos momentos ya somos cuatro personas en plantilla, todos estamos durante todo el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

Llevamos aqu\u00ed instalados 8 a\u00f1os. Vinimos a Luesia<\/strong> cuando decidimos dejar la capital Zaragoza y apostar por esta zona, por el medio rural en el Prepirineo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Nosotros siempre tratamos de promocionar el conocimiento del Medio Ambiente, montes y senderos del Prepirineo aragon\u00e9s<\/strong><\/span>. De hecho, colaboramos en actividades de monta\u00f1a<\/strong> como andadas y carreras por monta\u00f1a<\/strong>, y tambi\u00e9n en la limpieza y mantenimiento de nuestros senderos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
